Dangan Cottages comprises of one large, traditional 3 bedroom farmhouse – three 2 bedroom cottages and two one bed cottages – all cottages are ensuite, have fully fitted kitchens and inglenook fireplace stoves.
The main farmhouse has three bedrooms sleeping 6 persons. It is restored in its original traditional style – you walk straight into a comfortable stone sitting room with fire stove – a restful tv/library room is next door – also with an open fireplace, further on is the dining room opening off the kitchen. There is a utility room with toilet also on the ground floor.
There is a unique twin room up a spiral staircase over the kitchen – with toilet. Upstairs, in the main part of the farmhouse, are located the two double bedrooms – both ensuite plus a full bathroom. Please note all the bedrooms are located on the second floor in this house.
The two bedrooms cottages are all on the ground floor level. All bedrooms are ensuite – each cottage has a SK or King bed and twin beds. The comfortable, spacious living rooms are full of traditional character, with original wooden beams and hold a warm and relaxing ambience.
Lastly, the 2 one bedroom cottages have similar fully fitted kitchens, SK bed with bathroom/shower ensuite. The living rooms have fireplace stoves with wooden beams, comfortable furnishings and a small balcony off both living rooms.
